The service is provided to accredited organizations that wish to maintain the level of quality and patient safety as well as readiness for any future or unannounced assessment visits through an annual contract and provides:

  • Develop a program for weekly review and follow-up with the quality management ad concerned department to update and implement policies
  • Organization periodic visits of consultants to various departments according to the needs and requirements of the organization
  • Support Remote Access and provide all required forms and ensure that the files are completed
  • Develop integrated plans tp prepare for future of unannounced assessment
